TABC Certification Classes

We never have a problem with Minors or Intoxicated Persons in our place.

That's what everyone else use to say before they experienced a Selling to a Minor violation's or a Liquor-Liability Problem. Millions of Dollars in judgments have been awarded in the DFW Metroplex over the years because of Liquor Liability Law Suits. Plus did you know that if a minor is served alcohol in your establishment that your are responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur to the minor, plus any personal injury or property damage they may cause others because of the impeding intoxication. Lets don't forget your employees, you as a license holder are responsible for their personal injury and property damage if they consume alcohol and become intoxicated at work.

Serving alcohol is a BIG Responsibility So, What Can You Do?
Protect your business by requiring that All Employees be Certified! If you certify your employees through our State approved program, you may not be held criminally liable for their actions, and your civil liability may be dramatically reduced.

What are the consequences besides the Law suits ?
